FOR either Julia Gillard or Tony Abbott, tomorrow might be the beginning of a well-earned break.

If you wanted to hop on a flight from Sydney to Melbourne tomorrow with Jetstar, you'd pay just $159.

We'd recommend staying at the new South Wharf Hilton and even sticking around for a meal there in the evening.

Alternatively, have a bite at the Guiseppe, Arnaldo and Sons restaurant near the casino complex.

It's pricey, but good.

Another cool place for a drink and something to eat is Degraves Espresso near the Flinders Street train station.

Filled with beautiful students, its a great place to spend an hour or two with a good book.
